The
Pastoral and Leadership Team of CLC is best represented
as three spheres of leadership. The Senior Pastor and
Elders give oversight to the spiritual matters and pastoral
care for members of CLC. Another sphere of leadership
is the Board of Directors who is the legal governing body
that gives oversight to all financial, business and temporal
affairs of CLC. This governing body is elected by the
membership of CLC each year. Our third sphere is our Ministry
Directors who give oversight to specific ministries of
CLC. |
